Heather Locklear not in ICU
Heather Locklear was spotted on the beach but after watching her legs condition one should expect her in nearest hospital’s ICU (Intensive Care Unit). If I would be a doctor on that beach, I would force her to lie on the spot and give her an oxygen mask backed up with at least three cylinders of oxygen. I could have cut her legs off.
